1. Zero Human Access & Log Purging

Your conversations with LYLO experts are processed programmatically. We do not retain human-readable chat logs for our engineers or staff to review. Data processed during your session is strictly used to generate your immediate response and update your encrypted vector memory.

2. 0% AI Model Training

We absolutely never use your personal conversations, financial data, uploaded photos, or identifying markers to train foundational AI models (like OpenAI or Google Gemini). Your data remains isolated within your personal session environment.

3. Financial Information

LYLO does not store or process your credit card information. All payments and subscriptions are handled securely through Stripe, a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider. We only store an encrypted token verifying your active subscription tier.

4. Standby & Microphone Protocols

If you utilize LYLO's voice capabilities, the microphone strictly processes audio locally in your browser. Audio streams are transcribed and instantly discarded. LYLO employs an automatic 120-second standby cutoff to ensure your ambient environment is never inadvertently recorded.

LYLO is an advanced AI Educational & Strategic Simulation. We are NOT a licensed law firm, medical practice, financial institution, or certified counseling service. No information provided by LYLO constitutes legally binding advice, medical diagnosis, or fiduciary counsel. You agree to always verify critical information with a licensed human professional before taking action.

1. Service Usage & Limitations

LYLO operates on a tier-based system with strict daily query limits to prevent abuse and ensure server stability. You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or reverse-engineering tactics to bypass these daily limits.

2. Accuracy of Information

While LYLO utilizes live internet scanning and elite AI models (including the Truth Protocol), Artificial Intelligence can hallucinate, misinterpret data, or provide outdated information. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on LYLO's output.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Subscriptions (Pro Guardian, Elite Justice, Max Unlimited) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Refunds are generally not provided for partial months of service, except where required by law.
